Our experience with Paul at Northside Appliance was terrific. Our old dishwasher threw a lot of things at him, and to his credit, he wasn't going to give up until he knew we were taken care of. I appreciated everything from his punctuality to his honesty and commitment to getting the job done right. I would definitely recommend Paul and use him again for my own home.

After a previous company came and told us our washer was fine, I begged the protection plan company to assign us someone else. From my first phone call with Paul, he made me confident he knew what the problem was and he was communicative throughout the process of completing the repair. We had a great experience with Paul from Northside Appliance Services. He was very responsive and easy to get a hold of when setting up the appointment. He arrived on time and was extremely helpful and thorough when fixing the issue we were having with our washing machine. I'm very lucky he lives in my neighborhood, as he'll be my first call for any appliance issue in the future.

We were very happy with the service we had from North side Appliance. Our technician was prompt, courteous Nd very knowledgeable. He fixed our appliance very quickly and left the room clean as if he had never been there. We would absolutely use them again.

Great service. I always feel that I'm going to get the best from Northside when an appliance needs to be fixed. This past week it was a clothes washer and an oven. Both required parts, so there was a bit of a wait, but that was to be expected. Once the parts were available the work was done quickly and efficiently. I always know that I'm going to get a professional job done. Now my clothes are clean and my food is hot. What more can a senior ask for. Paul was the Service guy from Northside Appliance that my warranty company referred. There was a little mix up with the scheduled time because of the holidays but Paul did apologize. He stayed in contact with me and arrived promptly. He was able to identify the issue very fast. Heâ??s very knowledgeable and fair. There was a $45 service fee. The payment machine he used wasnâ??t working properly that day. We kept trying but it would result in pending transactions on my back account. Which was resolved within a couple of days.... read more
