Very professional detail oriented vets with actual personalities who take what ever time it takes to explain everything and answer questions .very knowledgeable and friendly staff who actually give a shit about there clients and there pets. Whisper said thankyou
Bright and cheerful space, warm and caring people. Brought our little cat in for her first visit. Veterinarian very knowledgeable and took to time to really check cat’s health and to explain each treatment or vaccine. So good to know that excellent care is close by.
I was looking for a place to take my dog for an emergency service while in Cape Breton. I contacted this vet and they took down all of my info and asked me to send them photos of my dogs injury and they would get back to me with a treatment plan/ appointment if necessary. This was on Thursday morning and I never heard back, I ended up driving to a vet hospital in Halifax and luckily I was able to get my dog into our regular vet the following day. These kind humans actually care about your pet, unlike many in Cape Breton who treat you like a number, have zero compassion, and charge you a million bucks. These guys are the real deal, we won’t go anywhere else (unless it’s an emergency).
