0 Review. My shih tzu received an incomplete surgery and the Dr left bladder stones blocking her urinary tract. My young dog appeared to have a very painful death, with a black and blue abdomen and lots of swelling as a result of the obstruction in her ureter, which became further blocked after a costly failed surgery. Following surgery, a Dr (or staff) needs to be available for when post op complications occur as in this case. This Dr's office number went to a Greenville Emergency call center.
