I had surgery a couple years ago. I arranged for automatic payments. I never heard from them again AT ALL. All of the sudden, out of nowhere about a month ago, I receive a "COLLECTION" from a collection company for $73???? Then today I received another "COLLECTION" letter from a different collection agency for over $500??? Huh? Where did all of this come from out of nowhere? I pay my debts. This is a mix up on their end. If this ends up on my credit record, I WILL BE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY.

I cannot believe I am still dealing with these people. My bill was paid and they were submitting someone else’s bill to my insurance. I have documentation from my insurance and even documentation from the Northside billing department stating it was an error and that they would correct it. I am suddenly getting contacted again and threatened by them trying to say they will submit me to collections. I have started a process to report this group.
