The billing department doesn't do their job. I had to explain to them how to submit the claim so my insurance will pay (after it was submitted under another member of my household). Months later I had to file the claim under cms.gov . I highly recommend taking this step since there was clear signs of fraud.
Totally nice to see that.We are not the only ones experiencing the same issues with billing and collections referral. Is obvious that they don't read their eviews and could care less about their customers. It actually appears like they're trying to attain a single star cumulative rating. Keep up the good work.
This company is impossible to work with. I’m trying to give them money for services rendered, for goodness sakes, and I’m having the hardest time. The website is not at all, the customer service rep is as helpful as a brick wall, and every step is way more difficult than it needs to be. I’d ignore it until I get bills, but I’ve read/heard that patients are often sent to collections without even receiving bills, so I’m not trying to ruin my credit score that way. Just let me pay you, lol!!!!
Sketchy billing practices. Received the bill months after the surgery for $88. Immediately followed by a collection notice. Received one bill in the mail before they sent to collections. No second or final notice. Check with your surgery center to avoid this place!
