I have had a nightmare with this place due I believe to the excessively poor customer service. I have had them tell me they accepted my insurance, after the date of service tell me my insurance didn’t pay, confuse dates of service, refer me to offices that couldn’t help, and today eight months later I’m told they never submitted it to my insurance by the first customer service rep who actually sounded nice. I visited for the diagnostic exam. I was told the diagnostic exam is not covered by insurance and fee will be $356. I told I can pay 100%. The rep told me to pay 50. I have no idea what she entered in the system. As a patient I trusted what I was told and agreed. I wish I had recorded or took written what she told. However I got the bill of $565 instead of $128. So they charged me $693 for the diagnostic exam. I would not have done or explore other centers where they do kit rob people. I will never go there for any of the re... read more

This place is stuck in the 1980s from an administrative standpoint. They use check in sheet where the person at front desk literally scrolls through to find name and put a check mark next to it. Then you wait for someone to do your insurance and billing paperwork and then, after you've already been here for 30-45 minutes you can go back for mammogram an wait some more

Do not go to. My experience was a nightmare and you will pay more than they tell you it will cost. My experience there: I started by waiting over an hour to then be called to make payment. I paid a self pay rate which they said would be $501 which I paid but asked if I was paying for everything which I was reassured I was. I was sent in to get an ultrasound but Northside called the facility and said I needed another service also. This is a hard review to write but I feel it necessary. When your doctor tells you they have found something and you need a biopsy, you automatically fear the worst but having a horrible biopsy shouldn't be one of the fears. Positives: 1. Front desk and billing department were very kind and welcoming. 2. The nurses I encountered were all phenomenal. The nurse that stood out was Michelle.
