Poor experience, poor customer service
Staff here is very nice and it was easy to get an appointment (and a follow up mammo) and parking at this location was free versus down at the Atlanta hospital but the amount of appointment confirmation and registration calls you get is annoying. Why is a person calling me the day before my appointment to register me when I already confirmed and registered via email/text? Also concerning that I have a family history of breast cancer and I personally have a breast cancer genetic mutation that I noted several times to staff at... read more
We just experienced why they have such a low rating, 2.5 stars. Inflexible and rude. 10 minutes late trying to find parking in their lot, had to reschedule, when we typically wait that or longer to see the doctor. They would not send me the address for the next appointment, I am in their system and it should be on the confirmation. They said with an attitude “you’ll have to write it down “, but then would not provide a pen. There are so many other choices, don’t waste your time here. I have had a nightmare with this place due I believe to the excessively poor customer service. I have had them tell me they accepted my insurance, after the date of service tell me my insurance didn’t pay, confuse dates of service, refer me to offices that couldn’t help, and today eight months later I’m told they never submitted it to my insurance by the first customer service rep who actually sounded nice. I visited for the diagnostic exam. I was told the diagnostic exam is not covered by insurance and fee will be $356. I told I can pay 100%. The rep told me to pay 50. I have no idea what she entered in the system. As a patient I trusted what I was told and agreed. I wish I had recorded or took written what she told. However I got the bill of $565 instead of $128. So they charged me $693 for the diagnostic exam. I would not have done or explore other centers where they do kit rob people. I will never go there for any of the re... read more
