Very inefficient process for check in. Arrive 30 mins early to sit for 45 mins to get checked in when you’ve already done pre-registration and pre-paid for service. No respect for your time.
The staff is nice and professional however, they run extremely slow and behind schedule. I had to wait for 90 mins until they called me back (on top of arriving 30 mins early).
There was a long wait.
I was seen at the NS breast care , Alpharetta location, this week for 3 core biopsies. Dr. Bennett, Ruth the ultrasound tech, and Laura my nurse were absolutely fantastic. If I could give them 10 I would. Dr. Bennett even found lymph node involvement with the help of Ruth that my initial ultrasound and radiologist failed to note. I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant and had to undergo an ultrasound-guided needle biopsy. Before my appointment, I read some of the reviews for this center, and honestly, they made me feel even more scared and nervous than I already was. I was extremely anxious about the entire procedure. However, I had my biopsy done today, and I’m so grateful for the experience I had.
