I had 5 core needle biopsies done on one breast by an angry radiologist. She was aggressive, mean and didn't care that I was able to feel the pain due to the anesthesia not fully set in. The nurse had to ask her to stop and wait. I began to shake and begged her to stop! I HATE that I went there. She was the only one that seemed racist and made negative comments. If you’re under 40 and need diagnostic services, do not go here. They submitted two insurance claims for the same service—one was approved and one denied as a duplicate—and my insurance confirmed I do not owe anything on the denied claim. Instead of billing under the approved claim, they billed me under the denied one, at a much higher amount. Arrived at 9:26 am for my 10:00 appointment per the instructions that I needed to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment time (and despite filling out everything online). Called to the registration desk at 10:03 to sign several forms, which took less than 5 minutes, then taken back to get into a gown. Waited there until 10:52 before finally called back to get my routine mammogram which took about 10 minutes. They certainly do not value your time here. This reviews are for the All-Star team there. They are always so welcoming but today they were all just so especially lovely! Brav (Not sure I got her name right, but she did my bone density scan) Shelby, Braydon, What lovely and congenial individuals! Efficient, kind, welcoming.This is precisely the kind of team that makes a Medical organization look good. Yes, this office has issues with wait times, I’ve been coming here for years. I had a 9:30 appt , was told to arrive at 9. Why? I had already done pre register which was stupid as I had been there 6 months previous—computers have memory. Arrived at 9:15, all three register desks were staffed and empty. Waited till 9:43 before being called to sign 2 forms which took 30 seconds. At 9:46 the bone scan technician called me back.
