Terrible service. They don't perform ultrasounds on people who can't tolerate mammograms. The practice of preventative medicine at this place is questionable... Pésimo servicio. No hacen ultrasonido a personas que no toleran la mamografía. El ejercicio de la medicina preventiva en este lugar, es cuestionable....
The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. They ask you to arrive 30 minute early and then make you wait an hour just to discuss the billing. Then you wait even longer to be called to the back. Make an appointment with a place that actually values your time. Multiple people walked out while I was waiting; so I cannot be the only person who feels this frustration.
Poor experience, poor customer service
Staff here is very nice and it was easy to get an appointment (and a follow up mammo) and parking at this location was free versus down at the Atlanta hospital but the amount of appointment confirmation and registration calls you get is annoying. Why is a person calling me the day before my appointment to register me when I already confirmed and registered via email/text? Also concerning that I have a family history of breast cancer and I personally have a breast cancer genetic mutation that I noted several times to staff at... read more
We just experienced why they have such a low rating, 2.5 stars. Inflexible and rude. 10 minutes late trying to find parking in their lot, had to reschedule, when we typically wait that or longer to see the doctor. They would not send me the address for the next appointment, I am in their system and it should be on the confirmation. They said with an attitude “you’ll have to write it down “, but then would not provide a pen. There are so many other choices, don’t waste your time here.
