Gabriel at North Shore Yacht works did some work for me a long time ago. Then today we had an issue with our Northern Lights generator while out on a trip. I called and talked to Gabriel and he diagnosed the problem (a wire came loose on a breaker) which was an easy fix. Great to get good responsive service advice over the phone. We haven’t been a regular client and he still took the time to assist! Can’t ask for better service! Will definitely use them in the future. Ernie P

I would avoid this shop. They did a diesel heater installation on my boat. Ruined the fabric of one of my walls by mistake, they owned the mistake, and promised that they will have a fix for it. Gabriel never answered my calls after that. They also did a fuel filter installation, and I just realized they never bothered connecting the ground wire for it. and it’s hanging loose.

I purchased a sailing boat from Gabriel Cote at Northshore Yachtworks several weeks ago. Very unimpressed with my experience overall. They had installed a new engine into the boat before my purchase, I was told the cooling system had been overhauled etc. Upon launch the engine shredded its impeller within minutes, leaving me with no engine cooling and needing to get to a dock very fast. Snapped my thru-hull off while trying to fix a head intake issue. Was in trouble. Called Gabriel at North Shore Boat Works. Had my boat out, fixed and on its way in very short order. Really appreciated his kind efforts and good workmanship. Saved me a ton of trouble and cost. Cheers Gabriel!
