Easy access and organized. Received our code to the door a half hour early, which was perfect since we were already there. The bikes that we rented needed some fixing up. But we expected them to not be the best anyway for being used so much. The price of the bikes were a little expensive but we still had fun.

I had an early morning appointment coming from the West valley!! The location was a bit of a puzzle, which is why I contacted the desk person who gave me the runaround for 1hrs+. Once I found my way to the location which is not easy because of all the apartments! I suggested to the gentleman sitting at the desk that he makes a conscious decision to navigate the clients to the location UPON REQUEST. Very convenient self service! You don't have to wait until the reservation time after ordering, you get a code via email and can enter the unit immediately. Ramp is no more than 200 yards to the water edge and their equipment is well maintained and clean.
