I had a horrible experience today 2/6/2026 we went in for blood work and upon arrival the front desk person by the name of "Carlet" was INCREDIBLY rude. There was a lady in front of us who had trouble speaking English and she was being NOTHING but rude to her to the point the lady walked away visibly upset. When it was our turn she wouldn't allow us to be seen until we called our insurance to switch the provider code, that in an of itself is unreasonable because it's not done on the spot. I went here for outpatient surgery. I will never go here again. The nurses were like jailers keeping me against my will. They decided to lie over and over about my doctor’s instructions. The remedy is “talk to PR. “ who will be completely ineffective . Why should I waste my time and trouble. It’s your problem, not mine. They hammered me about family to pick me up, making me cry.
