If I could give this hospital negative stars I would. Went in they said I would go back for imaging and then see the doctor when something opened up. Five hours later and no imaging. No doctor. People who arrived 30 mins ago got faster service for just got back pain, straight to imaging. They were more concerned my ice pack melted and someone was going to fall. Place is a total scam
I was 7 minutes late to an appt because I went to the wrong building by accident, and they cancelled my appt because it would’ve “disrupted their clinic flow”. Very disappointed in their stated priorities - clinic flow over patient care.
I have been so fortunate to have been taken to this hospital when I missed a fly ball from my grandson in the park and fell and broke my hip. I have been here 5 days. I don't want to sound too effusive, but this has been like a five-star vacation for me! There were wonderful teams of techs, nurses, PT, Drs and caring CNAs, all the way to the runners for food trays. The coffee's always hot, the food is delicious, the beds other than the sheets which I got tangled up in all the time are comfortable, and my room.. wow what a vi... read more
