I should have looked at the reviews before calling. The first thing I asked of the scheduler, was that before getting started and wasting time, can you please confirm that the procedures are offered at the hospital and that medicare is accepted. I was told yes and spent 30 minutes providing the details and at the end, he said, this is not covered by insurance. What a damn joke!! I HATE that I had to encounter this hospital or their horrendous “service”. On hold for 45 mins, to get info on a patient. Constant pick up and put back on hold with no word. Then when a Dr did come to the line, he was beyond disrespectful. This place is disgustingly. If you care for yourself or your loved one, DO NOT GO HERE!
Myself and my son came to ER for his oxygen saturation is getting very low when he sleeps we check multiple times and find out my son’s oxygen saturation is at 85-86 while sleeping .we were checked in at 11.45 Pm on 07/01/2026 and we still in the waiting area after four hours . All the staff were very rude and I am not sure what are they doing inside ? I think the hospital doesn’t care so does the emergency room staff .Public needs to complain about this situation in ER also the local , state and federal governments needs to... read more
