Great hospital
I found myself in the ER last night while on a trip, I could not have been more pleased with the care I received. From getting me registered all the way to my discharge everyone was extremely pleasant and explained everything they were doing in detail. I did not have to wait to get a room, the nurses were amazing, and the doctor took time and listened to my concerns. Everyone worked as a team and it made my bad night easier to manage. Thank you all for your care.

I went here last night with stomach virus they started out okay Kiera and another nurse they tried to do a IV I told them that I was a yardstick and they could see I have been a phlebotomist supervisor and manager at trinity health hospital and cook county and rush hospital for 38 year I tried to tell them I wanted to help but they stuck me anyway and ask them if they wanted me to help them the said we called phlebotomist and you can just wait in the waiting area they were rude . I would like to give this site and staff a 10 on 10!!!! Thank you for taking care of my mom after her fall. Every staff was beyond amazing!!! I remember just a few names, thank you Savanna, Usha, Patrica….every single team member on 5th floor along wirh Dr Greenberg and Dr Joykutti!!! You and your team did amazing. This site has staff and team members just like angels.
