Doctors were nice. Nurses felt like they were doing everyone a favor by being there. I have never seen someone rip out IV/Blood drawing kit out of a human being before like this. Just overall rude/atmosphere. But they help out the family every time.
I was in the GI lab for my colonoscopy on Thursday Being very nervous the staff were so reassuring and kind the procedure went smoothly the doctor was very professional and informative My only complaint is after the procedure you need to clean yourself up and get your clothes on There are no wipes available The restroom has no linen no washcloths or anything So your left tried to cleanse yourself with c-fold towels or toilet paper If you had the colonoscopy you know that you're kind of messy when it's over it would be so nic... read more
Ok so care was fine , nurse Kate wa doll, but have been on the phone for 47 minutes, 4+ department to see if someone my drivers license. Talked to ET, Public Safety (2x - why?) Lost & Found on hold for 15 min, trans back to public safety and there is apparently NOBODY in ANY department who can look to see if a DL was turned in? Absurd
The worst hospital ever , I was in the emergency department for 5 hours and no doctor available and I ended up leaving !!! The nurse Nadia at the emergency department was extremely rude !!! She even didn’t agree to measure my blood pressure !!! Me and my wife couldn’t believe this !!!! Employees are extremely abusive towards patients in the emergency room !! And the funny part they have a zero tolerance sign towards patients, I will be switching my insurance from 447 for this hospital to Loyola!!! I don’t recommend anyone go... read more
