Hi All, Tenet beware!! I just moved out and they charged me the full price (almost 2k) of replacing an 8 year old carpet. According to tax law, carpet is fully depreciated and should be replaced after 6 years. They are not only charging tenets to replace old carpet but also deducting it from their taxes which is fully illegal as it’s double dipping. Professional rental manager, polite, and warm!
The location is great - quiet street with low crime. However the management is very rude, obnoxious & never greets residents. Never answers the phone or emails. Zero customer service skills and lacks professionalism. Work orders take more than 10 days to be resolved. I was threatened by the property manager who called the cops when I was to take photos / videos during the move out inspection and she was going to contact my employer. The ONLY reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of the Maitenance Manager, Alex. He has single handedly been the best part of our experience because of his responsiveness and kindness. HE IS SO NICE! You can tell he actually cares about the tenants because he advocates for our 15-20 year old appliances to be replaced. He works with your schedule to ensure he can come in and fix something at a time when you’re home so that we don’t have to lock our dog up all day while we are at work. I absolutely have enjoyed how helpful Alex our maintenance supervisor has been. He’s always been responsive, considerate and caring. I enjoy his demeanor and the passion he brings to his work.
