Great customer service
We have exhausted ourselves to close on our new house. I am using my VA loan for the 2nd time. The 1st time we didn't have any issues. The 1st appraiser the VA assigned had 12 business days to conduct his appraisal of the house. At the mid night hour on the 12th business day he sends a email to whoever saying that he didn't want to drive to Palaicos, TX to inspect the house we are wanting to buy.
