Mike replaced our shower. His design skills for layout in expanding the shower as well as tile selection were spot on. It was apparent he listened carefully to our wants and needs. His crew is quiet, neat and efficient. Mike kept us appraised of the progress so we always knew what to expect. I would not hesitate to use him for any other projects.
I called around to several places to get a quote on a bathroom remodel for my elderly mother and Mr Mike answered me immediately came out to quote. Gave me an affordable price and date to do it. Stayed true to the price and date. Great customer service great service work and I couldn’t be happier about knowing my elderly disabled mother now has a beautiful safe walk in shower now. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for renovations for their home.
Renovated our bathroom. Added a walk-in shower, closet, and upgraded vanity area. Mike Jones came out and heard our ideas and suggested ways to save time and money.his crew started promptly at 7 am each day. Mike showed up each day to monitor job and kept us informed as to next steps.we love the results. We would recommend North shore Renovations to anyone needing to improve their home.
Mike Jones did a lot of work for me on the house I purchased. He repaired the roof and did extensive work on the ceiling near the fireplace damaged by a leak. The ceiling is high and it took a few months before I realized there was still a slow leak. Long story short, the leak has grown worse. He was responsive at first but his roofer has been unable to fix the leak and then over time he stopped communicating with me. Do not try to call looking for work. You will be told “Call back and I won’t answer”…Don’t talk to people like that. You’re going to tell that to the wrong person one day. Could’ve had a good worker… their loss
