Awesome, prompt, and honest service
Would give 10 stars if I could! I’ve lived on the North Shore for over 21 years and I have never had quite the experience I’ve had at Northshore Motor Works. Hamp, the owner, doesn’t just perform excellent, high quality, honest auto service he is definitely more forward thinking in the way he runs his business than other auto shops. Finally a honest shop !! Had our jeep dropped off after sitting at a dealership for months and nothing being done .. Had jeep dropped off at Northshore motorworks .. they did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame that was giving.. dealership was giving me the run around for months ..2 days Northshore motorworks had me a answer... Determine the engine block was damaged..they ordered new engine and had us back up and going within few weeks .. honest people and honest business..
Robert, Whitney and the entire staff were nothing short of remarkable. Throughout the entire repair, they discussed every detail and gave Excellent service. I highly recommend Northshore Motorworks
