Do not work with Nicole Pohlman, MD! I regret choosing endeavor health as my medical group because of the horrible and long process to get miserable care. About 6 months ago my OB-GYN recommended me to do IVF and provided me a list of clinics to call. They all require something called Global referral and pre-authorization along with a list of test results. The pediatric physical therapist did not work well with my son and said that my son was doing great. Just went to a different physical therapist and we are not done. She just didn’t have patience because my son will cry a lot while he’s an infant. Of course he’s going to cry a lot. I’m so glad that I went to a different location so I can get my son to help me. Don’t come to this place for physical therapy if you have a child, the woman does not have patience.
The Worst Customer Service on the first floor check in for medical tests! Employee Patel was incredibly unprofessional and completely clueless and because of him I had to wait an extra 35 minutes for the Lab Tests since he never put me in a queue despite the fact I was first in line! This place hires anyone without any regard for quality customer service!
Doctos and front desk staff are plesant and helpful. However for any lab work don't come here as wait times even woth appointments can be extremely lengthy.
