I don’t glaze I don’t hold, for prolonged care I probably won’t chose them however when one of the bigger hospitals in Chicago said I was perfectly fine, endeavor health Swedish to be exact found something, they aren’t the best choice but they are a better choice compared to the other nearest hospitals from Swedish aka community first

When we arrived at the facility it was void of any additional patients in the waiting area. The facility was very neat and appeared very clean. We approached the registration desk and the staff member took my husbands information with a very sober appearance. When I politely told her “smile” she replied “it’s been a long day “. First the hours are wrong. Their office closes on certain times, which I guess the public won’t know what those hours are, because when you call, it ed to ca calling service, which they also say they don’t know what the office hours are because “it doesn’t say” in their system. A man named Blake answered and he notified me he isn’t able to help with service costs questions, when office opens, what endeavor urgent care locations are around. Do not work with Nicole Pohlman, MD! I regret choosing endeavor health as my medical group because of the horrible and long process to get miserable care. About 6 months ago my OB-GYN recommended me to do IVF and provided me a list of clinics to call. They all require something called Global referral and pre-authorization along with a list of test results. I copied and pasted the exact requirements they sent me to my OB and guess what, it took them over 2 MONTH to finally get everything done. They keep sending the wrong one,... read more

The pediatric physical therapist did not work well with my son and said that my son was doing great. Just went to a different physical therapist and we are not done. She just didn’t have patience because my son will cry a lot while he’s an infant. Of course he’s going to cry a lot. I’m so glad that I went to a different location so I can get my son to help me. Don’t come to this place for physical therapy if you have a child, the woman does not have patience.
