Young lady at the lab was very rude. We took our 5year old daughter for the blood work but the lady she couldn’t get the blood out at first attempt after that she didn’t even try for the second attempt she escaped by saying that kid is shaking hands too much, obviously small kids will get freaked out if it’s blood draw she didn’t try to divert the kid, she was just handling my kid like an adults.
