Good doctors, appointments go fast, no problems with insurance
Awful. New patient- checked in online for a 2:30 appt. Arrived at 2p. Was also fasting all day for bloodwork. Walked to room by nurse at 2:30. Sat in a room for 45 minutes with no one coming in and zero communication about a doctor running late. At 3:15 I got up and left. I have a job and other things to take care of. Complete waste of time with zero respect for other people’s time. The red flag should have been the doctor with plenty of space for new patients, and all the New Google reviews being 1star. Bad service, very unprofessional, I had to walk out after almost an hour waiting
Horrible experience trying to schedule my appointment. Workers Teresa and Dalia were very unprofessional
HORRIBLE PLACE!! HORRIBLE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I haven’t been able to make an appointment for 2 months because the 2 doctors Ive been in contact with as well as customer service have said that my case is not severe and that if it is i should instead go to the hospital, they won’t even see me for a checkup appointment, I think it’s very wrong they are denying me good health. I’ve never felt so dehumanized before. This is very sad.
