Dr. Amber Ijaz is amazing ♡. As someone whose obese with Long Covid, shes never blamed my weight solely and sought answers with weightloss being addressed last. She actually listens to her patients, and doesnt pretend to have all the answers. Shes kind and professional while being affable and unpretentious. Im very jealous of Gurnee residents that get to have her as a local pcp. Worth the drive if you got that gas money! Also RN Nancy is personable and kind. 10/10, would recommend to family/friends. :)
The front desk ladies drag in assisting you and never acknowledge you. The receptionist in round lake are much better there. Please get some new receptionist that are excited about their job not these ladies that are on their phones the whole time. Other than that the medical staff are good .
My childrens physicians are great and have been seeing us for 11 years. However over the past year there has been changes that are forcing me to relocate and not deal with endeavor anymore. Within the last year, I got a charge in for talking about constipation during my child's annual visit that was documented previously. I got the charge removed.
