I had a very positive experience at my recent appointment. Dr. Samra truly took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel heard and understood. She was thorough, supportive, and proactive in taking the next steps for my care, which I really appreciated. The nurses were also wonderful very kind, welcoming, and professional. The overall environment made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I’m receiving.
I’ve had such great experiences at Endeavor Health Medical Group in Gurnee. The entire team is professional, kind, and truly takes the time to listen. Appointments run smoothly, the office is clean and welcoming, and I always feel cared for and respected. It’s refreshing to visit a place where everyone—from the front desk to the medical staff—shows genuine concern for your well-being. Highly recommend!
Not a good experience after trying to PCPs. Amber Ijaz was my doctor. Poor communication, no availability. I would avoid.
Never go here for pediatrics. You can do better for your child. The doctor we see is fine but the front desk staff and nurses are shockingly impersonal and the waiting room is gray and drab with a small toyless desk added as an afterthought. My 7 month old got some shots today and not one person looked her in the eye or acknowledged her directly the entire visit. We’re never going back.
