We were going to be 10 minutes late due to awful construction near office and a bad storm. We called the office and we’re told no problem , there is a 15 min grace period and they’ll note that we are late. When we got here just under 15 minutes we were told we can’t be seen. They even asked the doc who said nope, I was 15 min late and need to reschedule . Next appt is not till September !! I will never come back to this dermatology office again, run don’t walk in the other direction!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Not only did they wait until 15 minutes before my appointment (which was 40 minutes away) to cancel, I asked them to reschedule and they didn't even do that. So, now, even though I have melanoma skin cancer, I'm forced to wait almost 12 months even though I'm supposed to have checks every 6. The only person worth anything that works here is Dr. Alexander, but everyone else that works here - mainly receptionists - are absolute trash and do not care about your health. one year wait to see dermatologist for new patients and I can't reserve since 2021 appointments are not open ridiculous.

My children were patients at Northshore Medical Group - Dermatology. Dr. Desa was fantastic. Her expertise resulted in major improvements and resolution of all their issues. Her confident, positive and upbeat demeanor went a long way in helping ease the normally stressful process. All of the staff at the Skokie Location were very professional and helpful.
