Terrible company for refunds. Been waiting for a refund since February. All-State,Carmella Larkins agency used this company for homeowners insurance. Can't get either to refund as if yet. Terrible!

We had a few claims this year with a cracked windshield, hitting a deer, and wind damage to our home. Erie was very easy to work with, and timely in their claims processing.
