If I could give Dr. Ghannad a nickname it would be "the magician". The highest title one could get in a field because if sb suspects you of doing magic, you are incredible at what u do.
I had an excellent experience at this office. The staff is knowledgeable and kind, the office is clean and well maintained. I had some deep cleanings done here and felt very cared for.

A specialist who doesn’t support patients with insurance submissions and sends a strongly worded email about cancellation penalties even before meeting the patient raises concerns. This kind of attitude shows more focus on money than care. I’ve experienced similar behavior before and the service quality matched the attitude. Based on this, I chose to cancel my son’s appointment.
