All staff very professional and friendly Excellent service Excellent service all around
Have come twice for bloodwork and had to leave after an hour. No tech for labs. They’re always late to work. They have everyone waiting a long time only to be told they won’t have a lab tech. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. Hire new employees if your current one can’t arrive to work on time.
I had an order in for a fasting blood test. I arrived at the center at 11:15, I was told by a very rude receptionist that the lab was closed and it will reopen at 1:00P.M. She went on at telling me that I should have been there at 7:00 AM and I should have read the sign posted on the door that said that the lab. Was closed today till 1:00 PM.
