I had an extremely frustrating experience with the front desk staff. there is second floor. Two days ago, I called to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist already had a rude and dismissive attitude on the phone. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told it had been canceled. They claimed they had left me a message, but I received absolutely no call or voicemail. Very bad experience. The Doctor Munish kaushik was very unprofessional and careless .He didn’t properly listen to my concern. I went there without having a cough, but the doctor still prescribed me cough medicine unnecessarily.i wouldn’t recommend this location at all
