Consistently lie about wait times for the last several years. Some of the receptionists are very rude. Professionalism and standards are nonexistent. NorthShore is too cheap to hire another person to take blood. Please take your medical needs to another provider. NorthShore/Endeavor should be dissolved.
Worst receptionists in the game. Rude and obnoxious. Several times. Only come back because it’s nearby. They are so awful, this is my first google review that I have ever written.
