Beware! I rarely write negative posts but I should have read some of the reviews before going here…..the office staff are very rude, there’s always a long wait no matter how many people are there, and worst - they have unethical billing practices. I was charged for a covered preventative visit because “other items were discussed”. I messaged them, requested a manager to get back to me, and requested an escalation and all I was told was “there is no one to escalate to”.
