We went there on Monday after the doctor called from her office and made sure that the blood test could be done and she could get the results of the tests "stat",meaning as fast as possible. It's the end of the day on Thursday, and no one knows where my mom's tests are. Called several times ,spoke with numerous people, escalated this issue to the management, and had no response. This is terrible !!! Even doctors can't get any answers.
They will not provide you care. They were rude and uncaring. Avoid.
I’m deeply disappointed with the NorthShore Health System. Every visit for bloodwork involves unbearably long waits, compounded by the lack of an appointment system at their busiest locations. This makes the experience frustrating and inefficient, especially for a community of over 70,000 residents.
