This place is a joke. If you need help DO NOT GO HERE!
Dr Brian Carroll is the best. I am always seen quickly. The staff responds promptly to emails and messages. I’ve been going to Dr. Carroll for several years and recommend him. He is knowledgeable and answers my many questions. He eases my medical anxiety and is very caring.
Misty the receptionist is the worst very rude and disrespectful all while giving out false information to people in need of care and sending them away I sat in there with my girlfriend waiting to be seen and the things this woman was saying is outlandish I will not be returning to this location I'd rather go the the ER also was charged the wrong copay!
I called to see if they take my insurance, then asked if they did the nexplanon birth control implant and immediately got “oh my god”. After that I hung up. She couldn’t even tell me if they took my insurance or not. What poor service.
Wait time isn’t that long always very nice and helpful
