I have been consistently impressed by the services provided at this location. The staff is excellent; professional; knowledgeable and responsive to the patient. They take time to answer all questions without appearing rushed. They followed up with a phone call to provide test results on a blood test which was certainly going the extra mile . Highly recommend.
If the front desk has their lunch break at noon, that time a lot shouldn’t be available. Also, if the nurses go on their lunch break right after the front desk is done with their break, this should be communicated to the patients BEFORE they schedule an appointment! Plus the attitude when I was told they were on their lunch break wasn’t needed either, unbelievable
I scheduled my appointment for 12pm. I called and said I’d be ten minutes late and they said that would be fine. I got here and there was a sign that they were on lunch until 1:20pm. I was waiting about 45 mins when I talked to the receptionist. She gave me attitude about being on lunch and someone would be with me shortly. When she did come back and assisted me, she told me the nurses are on their lunch and the first available appointment was for 1:40pm.
