My experience with the receptionist was extremely disappointing. Her conduct was unprofessional, including an inappropriate assumption about my relationship with my friend. This made me feel very uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. While the nurse practitioners were very kind and skilled, the poor service from the front desk significantly impacted my overall impression of the facility. Because of this, I'm giving a 1-star rating.
