Wish I could give this zero stars…I’m super disappointed in the professionalism and communication of this place. They canceled my appointment after I had confirmed my appointment in the scheduling app weeks before and called in to also confirm. 20 minutes before arriving the technician texted me saying she has other plans at my time and is going to cancel because I “didn’t confirm”. Despite sending the app information and proof of calling she still somehow suddenly changed her plans and cancelled my appointment — blaming me.
