10/5. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else
The job itself was done well. But it was a struggle to communicate with this vendor and actually get the job done. I had to repeatedly reach out and ask if the vendor was still planning on executing. This lapsed communication literally spanned over months. My building forced me to use this vendor, otherwise I would have used someone else.
Horrible Customer Service!!!! Paul very rude!!!!! and hasn't done the service even though it has been given a 50% deposit 2 months ago. Requesting recovery deposit, No answers!!! Don't use this company!!!

No concept of customer service. No response. Not much other than rude Paul complaing if and when he answers the phone. Would go anywhere else..
