My family and I have been going to Northshore family Dentist for many years and overall has not been a great experience. Reason of continuing is convenience, but there has been time after times of the front desk being rude the billing department making mistakes and also very rude and disrespectful. The dentists themselves and their assistants on the other hand are very polite, respectful, and good at their jobs. I have been a patient/client with NFD for several years. Dr Wayne Lyerly is my dentist and is amazing! His care is kind and music filled comfort. His attention to aesthetics is not lost on me as it is a front tooth. Thank you Dr Wayne. You are truly the best.
