I have been going to this dentist for many years, every 6 months, for cleanings. I was told that they could not clean my teeth without X-rays because I chose not to have them done for the past 2 years. I had an issue with a root canal prior to that which required several X-rays. “Their protocol” must mean I can get more money out of another patient that allows X-rays. Another example of Goodbye to the patient that wants to advocate for their own health.
