This office is incredibly frustrating to call. When you call you are told the wait time is 15 minutes for about 40 minutes. Then given an option to get a call back. When they call back, you get an automatic message saying, "We tried to reach you but you were unavailable, if you still need help, please call back again. Good bye. " After the first time, I thought I did something wrong, but I have tried back 3 more times, waiting about 20-30 minutes each time and getting the same message. I had 2 cataract eye surgeries with in the past 2 months. Dr. Belel Bakir was my Surgeon. I have only the finest words to say about Dr. Bakir's professionalism, compassion and most of all his knowledge. I was very nervous and he made me feel unnerved. He was wonderful and I would recommend Dr. Bakir to anyone who is having any eye problems especially cataracts. Thank you Dr. Bakir as you are the BEST!
arrived for my appointment and they told me they tried calling my number to tell me that the doctor is not in today. they then told me that the number they called was a house number before i was even born. i gave them the best number to reach me at numerous times prior to my appointment. the pregnant lady didn't even help. she didn't even ask the available doctor to squeeze me since it is THEIR fault. pregnant lady was just rude and shaking her head at us. she could of done numerous things to help us. she could of called the... read more
