The building itself is fine no major complaints. The elevator is ridiculously slow and there's only one so take the stairs if you're able. There's been numerous break ins in the parking garage they've broken into vehicles and storage lockers multiple times. The condo board is overbearing, they overstep majorly. The no pets signs ALL OVER the property is annoying to pet owners and not very friendly to others in the community but another example of an overstepping condo board doing something no one asked for. Building thousands of condos on Schonsee drive, creating transportation mess, devaluing condos prices. Ghettos on this site. Gods knows who approved this kind of development. Greed .
