They are trying to charge me without giving me the results in the facilites of Belmont. Now the place is closed and want to charge me after 14 months even before I took the test they confirm that was free.
Scam company, incompetent leadership with a history of lies and fraud. AVOID!
Certified Chicago Sh*t-house. Does not process COVID PCR tests. Late December test. No results. No staffing of phones. No response to emails. Update: after continuous dunning on my part, they finally delivered test results 7 weeks after the sample was taken. (I was negative. Yippee! Or at least I was 7 weeks earlier). Not enough to offer them 2 stars.
What excellent service. I went expecting to waste my time or be upset, but none of that happened. The staff was friendly (they are bilingual) and I was out in less than 5 minutes.
