DR Horton and FSC have made Northshore a nightmare. DR Horton sales agents showed us maps and photos before we purchased and promised green landscape around our town home and all we got was a bunch of rocks. Many homes in the community have gotten water in their basements from bad drainage. FCS just took over our management and are now charging us $4 to pay our dues online. A lot of corners are cut when they build these homes so fast not to mention the maintenance guys who come in to fix things for your 1-year warranty are an absolute joke and always leave a mess for you to clean up. We had two guys come in to fix some creaks in our flooring and they hit our water line splattering wood dust and water all over everything in our kitchen that leaked into our downstairs bathroom and they used our kitchen towels to wipe some of it up and left a gigantic mess. Disappointed with Unfulfilled Promise – Hoping for Resolution I moved into my home in this community about a year ago. One of the main reasons we chose a corner unit was the clear promise—made during the sale—that the yard would include grass. This was a significant factor in our decision to purchase.
