Passing thru Covington when radiator blew. Found place on Google and had vehicle towed. Afterward I went back to website and read two negative reviews and freaked. Too late to do anything. My angst was somewhat relieved when I spoke to Joe who owns Northshore. He was able to replace radiator same day. He stayed until 6:30 that evening to complete the job. And then picked me up himself at my hotel. Three days later, I am still excited about the excellent customer service.
I've been having Joe at Northshore Auto Repair work on my car for about 10 years and I've always had a great experience. While it can sometimes take a little longer than I'd like, Joe has always been honest about changes in time. He has been willing to come in early when I have to stop by before work which is great for my schedule. I just really love the family feel of the place too.
