Our repair technician, Manoli, did us right. Perfect example of why you go to a skilled, independent repairman and not the people that sell you new appliances. . We had a refrigerator repair that would have been over $1,000 had we gone with Thermador official repairs. Manoli had a simple fix for us and only charged the service fee. What happened was that we shut off our fridge/freezer when there was a burning smell. Our refrigerator/freezer decided to stop working last night - so we called a lot of people in a panic. Everyone said they could maybe come out in a week...or more. We called North Shore Appliance and Jay came out first thing in the morning. He had it fixed in under 2 hours and was incredibly professional and courteous. And for a price I'm guessing was a few hundred less than what others might have tried to charge. A definite recommend to anyone needing a refrigerator/freezer repair. Thanks, Jay!

Jay has helped us many times over the past two years since we’ve moved to the area and we are very grateful for his prompt service and quality work. We moved into a new home last year and there have been a number of issues we’ve had to rectify. Each problem has been solved thanks to Jay and his team!
