Rodney our sales associate was exceptional. Honest, professional and knowledgeable. He worked within our budget. The installation team were below par! I am editing my review as we looked at the work the installation team did and they did a hack job on our cedar wood that surrounds the window. The team did not use proper tools to take out our old windows and left cracks and missing chips on our beautiful cedar exterior. Had 3 windows replaced with NorthShield. This is our second time using them within a year (different windows replaced as money allows) with different installers. Both times, the installers were excellent in their workmanship, professionalism and politeness. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
