Asked to leave a review: Sales and Appointment Booking: Found NorthShield within a booklet of flyer with a discount promo. Rodney (from sales) came to provide us with a free estimate. We felt that he was genuine and very knowledgeable. We felt no pressure to book and it was a pretty smooth process overall. One thing we didn't appreciate was the order book and online link for doors provided to us did not include prices. Update: Russ came back To address a couple of my concerns. He was very patient and understanding And did a great job. Russ and Zakhar were very good. They were thorough and very personable. Russ was very knowledgeable and explained everything well.
Had our Kitchen Bay window replaced today. The Crew of Roman and Zkhar was top notch. They arrived on time and were neat and tidy (drop cloths inside), explained the details of the job and performed the work to our satisfaction. Will request them for the next job coming up. Thanks guys…we love our new window!
