Unfortunately it's been an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I ordered windows and doors early spring 2025. First installation was finally in August, where I received 2 doors hung in the wrong orientation and a wrong window. This was rectified and the correct products were eventually installed. However, it appears that expecting to not have snow blowing in to my house or drafts coming from 2 brand new doors after 3 service calls and 2 installation dates is too much.
