Prompt service call for our screen door. Russ did a great job explaining what was done and how to make sure we did not have any future problems.
Had Russ come out for a few repairs. He took time to check out issue, replace what was needed, and had me check everything out before he left. Very happy with the work.

I'm very happy with the new windows and storm door from Northshield! I replaced all my homes window's (40+ years old) and as you can imagine, the difference is more than expected. Not that I'm wishing for winter but I'm glad to see the last of any plastic wrapping! Just as a point of providing good service I would have appreciated a final invoice listing all the windows and thier details as required for the hydro grant when I paid the final bill.
