they are a terrible company and bully you into doing what they want on your land, if u can buy from someone else... do so.
Our experience with Northrup has been incredibly frustrating, and we strongly advise against using their services. Communication from the beginning could have been better, with weekly updates consistently delayed by two to three weeks past the estimated completion date. Work reported as finished was often found to be incomplete, such as the house's exterior, which was only fully completed just weeks before closing. Actually happy my sale fell through because I clearly lucked out not having to deal with the management. Every time I touched base or inquired with the sales person they said they would talk to Northrup and get back to me, and never once actually called me to follow up, multiple times. I always had to call back again and I was barely given any information. They like to keep people in the dark. This is after they had convinced me to put down a 5k deposit.
