This Bank has the best ATM that my debit cards can use the ATM and not get charged fee's for using it. The work with a lot of banks that are not in Alaska, which is so nice.
App and online banking are very clunky. Customer service is generally pretty good but definitely switching banks for my business. Too many hang ups over the last 2.5 years.
Super helpful and friendly. I have always been treated well.
