Always a great experience when I come for my regular maintenance visits. Even when they’re busy, the service advisors have always been friendly and efficient. Aaron, who helped me today, was no exception.
After the first two years of free service was done, I canceled my extended service schedule. They were absolutely terrible. Called and asked what service they will be doing, they said oil change, fluid fill, tire rotation, etc. Then turns out all they do is tire rotation and fluid topoff. This happened almost every time I took it in. The last time I took my car they did an oil change and the wonderful technicians must have used an impact to tighten the ould filter housing unit and the metal skid plate covering the undercarri... read more
I always bring my tundra here for service Two days ago I dropped off my car for recal and regular services and a few issues where covered by warranty, my service advisor Glen Deitsch was wonderful, I really appreciate his professionalism every time I’ve been there he helped me out the best way, thanks to Toyota of northridge and thank to TOYOTA
