Very good dealer and service been here for years and was assisted on my new car when not even my credit Union help me to buy a car . Very grateful with Northridge Toyota.
The people are friendly, but the service wait time is awful. When you look online to book an appointment there are plenty of time slots; however, when you get there, they say the wait time is 2-3 hours. I went in for a routine maintenance and waited for three hours. The next few days I kept getting a low tire pressure error warning which would go away after driving for a bit. Pesimo servicio al cliente me dejaron esperando 45 minutos para que recibieran mi camioneta para hacerle el servico de haceite y luego de eso todavia se dan el placer de no entregarme mi camioneta el mismo dia!!! No me llamaron para avisarme nada solo no me a dieron Asta dentro de 2 dias perjudicandome Mis planes de viaje!!!
