I am really so greatful for Belinda as the apartment manager. I was fleeing my abusive ex husband. She is busy alot but truly cares and helped me alot during a low spot in my life getting me a stable place to live. She is fair and just and works hard. The apartments here are drafty and walls are thin. The construction is overall modern but cheap and the winter windstorms will drive up your electric bill like crazy. Easy to get an application but if you have a record like a felony you are disqualified and can't get into there apartments...so much bullshit even if your trying to change your life around and in sobriety
