I'm so disappointed with my home purchase with Maronda Homes, from the start everything kept on going wrong. If you guys have a choice to go somewhere else do so. Our sales rep, Cindy was such a sweetheart. The 1st walk through we had with Ron, we knew there would probably be some issues that needed to be addressed. I was disappointed that our guest bathroom was not completed prior to the walk but I saw the crew outside and saw they were working on it. There was several issues that needed to be addressed such as our guest bathroom, kitchen backsplash and paint. Ron told us they would get it fixed for the next walk. My buying experience with Cindy was great ! But the project manager Ron seemed to be a very nice guy and when closing came around none of the issues from the walk thru were finished , I closed on Nov 19 2020 till this day they are not done , I don’t even have pantry shelves in none of my bathrooms, front door got painted over knock down paint , stucco broken on front entrance and cabinets don’t match and so on , I have contacted non stop customer service , they have been telling Ron had to take care of it , he sends one guy ... read more
