Sweet Jesus the amount of sirens that go by with the hospital down the street. I don’t recommend this place. This was my first place on my own. Please don’t make the same mistakes I did and check everywhere and everything! Dead roaches in the closet and patio door tracks. Nail holes from previous tenant were not filled, rusty pipes (definitely have to leave the water running for 30+ seconds to clear), water temperature is a joke. Very RUDE management & owner as well, they lie, make up rules to their benefit not to mention they got caught taking bribes 2 move in people ahead of other's whom have been waiting for months or a year or two..& they are not even kept up to code. Very bad or ora in that building

Management is corrupt and they discriminate on who can visit the seniors that live here. The manager Sylvia is rude and talks down to everyone. Hobos and bums are always in the lobby using the outlets to charge their phones. I’m reporting them because there are plenty of other people who shouldn’t be there but are.

Nice Quiet place
