We found a home under construction and contacted Grant to see the house. On Saturday 3/13 Grant let us in and we spent the day picking floor material, carpet, cabinet stain, we even went to Medford to pick out counter top material. We told Grant we wanted the house and asked him to give us a discount if he could and he offered $10k reduction. We even discussed a plan for a shop.
