We contracted Cody and northridge hvac llc for a furnace and air conditioning install. It was a warranty job and at first everything seemed ok. However i feel like not pulling any permits for the job, and then not doing the job up to code is a very big red flag. I tried to politely ask about this when it was brought to my attention months later. Cody himself was accusatory, defensive and showed a complete lack of empathy. Cory did a poor job at my house. He installed an interlock kit and replaced my 30 amp breaker with two 15 amp and stole my 30 Amon instead given it to me.He was suppose to do the testing but he never did even though I attempted several times to call, and write messages but he just ignored and never responded it. I payed him a fat amount that he asked without completing the job. He promised me that he would come back but never did.He took the money and never finished his job.Look out for this guy don’t hire him
He was here quick, he talked me through everything, it was repaired fast and he was very friendly! He was very conscious of the cost to me, very personable and very professional. I have never had a better experience with a company. Highly recommend to anyone in need of HVAC services. Went above and beyond. Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend to anyone!!
Northridge Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job installing my new A/C system. I wasn't looking forward to replacing my A/C this spring, but Cody and his install team made it painless. The Northridge team was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and most important to me, NO SALES PRESSURE!!! I definitely recommend their services, and will be calling with any future needs!
