Northridge built our 4 bed room, 2.5 bath home in AZ about 2years ago. House came out great could not ask for a better job. Price wise was just right for our budget and quality was great. The building experience was very smooth! We live in CA so had to build from out of state. Jessica ran our project and kept in constant communication regarding options and updates. We would definitely recommend them!
I recently had a home built by Northridge Development. They did an absolutely amazing job with the build. The team is very good at walking you through the process and keeping you informed during the build. The quality of work is the best I have seen and I have been in construction for over 20 yrs. The pricing was fair and I do not have any hidden costs during the build. As far as schedule they set a goal of 9-11 months to build and they actually completed it in 8 months. Travis Radvany
