This community is very nice. We just drove through last week looking for a home for my parents. We stopped in the office and met Beth and Paul. They were both so welcoming and answered all the questions we had. Beth was very knowledgeable of the homes and answered all financial questions and concerns. We are still looking but if manufactured housing is where we decide this is the place we will buy from. Thank you for helping us through this process.
I have been searching for a home for my elderly parents for quite some time now. I just ran on to this community and it very nice and well kept. I stopped in the office and spoke with Beth and Paul they were welcoming and very knowledgeable of the homes. As I was a little overwhelmed with this task of finding a home for my parents, Beth put me at ease and gave many options to think about. Thank you Northridge Cove for a great first impression.
I have been looking at this community for a while. As i am gettimg ready to retire and downsizing Northridge Cove is a perfect location and i love seeing all the changes over the past year. The manager Beth has been nothing but 5 star. Always patient and takes time to answer all my questions.
