I was in the ER on a Saturday. Contacted by SD health on Tuesday. I then called the clinic myself to set up my own necessary lab procedures, and picked up 2 cups at the front desk to produce my samples at home.The first sample I returned to them the next day (Wednesday) went easily with same day results, despite the negative news, and was prescribed medication with more labs continuing.
