Northridge Tower Pharmacy has made three errors with me. It is surprising considering I have only been a client for five months. I believe they are incompetent, disrespectful and dangerous. The most serious error was when they gave me the wrong prescription and mislabeled it. Intuitively I knew the prescription was incorrect but couldnt be sure because it was a generic drug. I" been doing business with these guys for years and they are the best and I am 64 years old.
I TOTALLY disagree with the previous reviewer. I have been a patient at Northridge Tower Pharmacy for YEARS. They are friendly and I have never had anything less than a good experience getting my medication there. However lately i have noticed a change in staff, so that may be the reason for lack of attentiveness. It is also very convenient because it is location is in the same building as my doctor office. The pharmacist is extremely nice to deal with also.
