Northridge has a manager want a be . the way she talks and treat people she is no way a manager . She claims to be a church going woman but she will lie and steal from you if you rent at Northridge. She said that property tax was raised 3 times and I checked and it was raised 2 times not 3 so there's a lie. The people that pay rent help to pay her salary and they are paying her for nothing. she never there a full week. I was appalled to find out that they require mutilation of residents’ cats in order to live there. I wonder if they require their residents to cut off their toes as well. I’d be interested to hear what to hear what they have to say about published veterinary studies done about declawing cats…sad day we live in.
