Don't go to this veterinary!!! I took a sick cat in there 4 myths ago It had a upper respiratory infection and they gave me medicine, but the cat wasn't Better after the medicine was gone so I asked them for a refill ,they didn't want to give it To me but they did, but they said I couldn't come back there anymore and I think that was pretty Sad of them saying that because I just wanted more medicine for my cat. Also they was pretty rude with me over the phone
RecommendedI have been pleased with their care of my silkie for over a year and now our lab-pit mix .Bo had so much anxiety the previous vet gave him anesthesia to trim his nails 😒 At Northridge he was examined and given his pro heart shot wit tlc and with a muzzle they were able to trim his nails ...We were very pleased with their service and professionalism !! I will highly recommend them

These reviews don’t mean anything when I tried to call and schedule an appointment for my parents new puppy and they aren’t taking any new clients. Quickest way to put your business in the ground turning away people.

So sorry we weren't able to help with your parent's new puppy. We are still operating with our current COVID-19 protocols, which has limited the number of patients we can see on a daily basis. Due to the overwhelming needs for our current patients/clients, we have had to make the hard decision to not bring on new clients at this time. Hopefully as things settle down we will again be able to bring on new clients. We all hope you are able to find a clinic that is great fit for your parents and their new puppy.
I didn't like not being able to go in and stay with my girl. but I understand why 🐾 the only fault is not having the communication as to treatment or test etc. before the bill goes sky high. Thankful the clinic was able to work with me and get my furbaby the antibiotics she needed.
Taken care of all 3 of our dogs! They helped us with the passing of our Doberman and jack Russell terrier, and they were excellent!
They are very prompt and will get you out in a timely manner. Also very willing to answer your questions even when they're pressed for time. Took my foster dog here and they treated him very well.
Always there when we've needed them.
our English Bulldog was diagnosed with pyometra and had to have emergency surgery. The entire staff was so comforting and pleasant throughout the entire experience.
