If you want genuine and quality psychological support rather than just one dimensional therapy and credit card swiping then take your kids elsewhere. Promised to see my son, after taking me for thousands of dollars in pretreatment consultation. Northpsych cancelled 2 hours before the appointment, refused to rebook another appointment and then apparently the owner was now overseas, asked for another psychologist or referral to another provider, no response, asked for complaints procedure, no response... also I asked directly in writing, if they had a compromised relationship, more specifically referred by a solicitor.
