The care and effort you get out of this place stops right at the reception. It took me a while to finally come to the decision of writing about my families experience here. I, for the life of me, cannot remember the receptionist's name, but she was great. Very pleasant and nice. After her, we were then under the care of a man named Ricardo. I never had a VA make me feel welcomed as a spouse, love this place and they are treating my husband like a human been for the first time in YEARS, thank you to all the workers starting from the parking lot.
