Very disappointed in support staff at this VA. More so the staff in the travel department. How they can cuss out veterans over the phone and not face consequences for their actions is a shame on the leadership. I have tried to contact supervisors, I have contacted patient advocates and no one can be bothered to answer the phone or return voicemails. As a whole they let gross misconduct slide, and is extremely shameful and a disgrace to the veterans they are supposed to serve.
Super patient care.
Comprehensive care for all veterans, medical and dental. They even offer valet parking for free.
I was sick as one could be with dry heaves and thank the lord because of the excepcional Care i received from the Yellow team which included Nurse Brian Butcher i would have be en sicker much longer. So to all i give an A+ Robert E. Feffer
