Ok, like most nursing homes, understaffed, but they do there best. So like most homes, a lot of times you have to wait. But the plus about the staff is they are all so kind and very patient in their care giving. I've spent enough time there at all hours of day or night and have seen and heard a lot to see and hear how staff acts, and was really impressed. If the rooms were bigger, I would give a 5.
